N4 Solutions and its employees raise £80,000 for charity

N4 Solutions, the UK's leading distribution and fulfilment technology provider for mortgages and financial planning, has been awarded the highest accolade by the Home Secretary, in recognition of its contribution to charity. N4's Gold Award recognises the company's philanthropic culture at all levels.

Over the last year N4's employees have raised over £1300 per person and supported the following charities:

  • National Star College
    • Independent specialist college for 16-25 year olds who have complex physical disabilities and associated learning difficulties, giving them the opportunity to integrate into wider society
  • Bikes4Africa
    • Campaign to send 77,777 unused bikes to children in Africa to allow them to get to school
  • The Corinium Museum
    • Local museum dedicated to minimising the danger of future generations focusing purely on today's technology and losing sight of our history

The Gold Award is a symbol of excellence and is awarded to employers that have succeeded in generating sustainable income sources for UK charities through Payroll Giving.

Steve Jones, CEO, N4 comments; "I am genuinely proud of all of my colleagues who don't just give money, but also give their time, expertise and commitment to supporting local and national charities. A sense of community is central to our ethos and we believe that charitable giving and hands on support can be combined with business success and adds a greater sense of purpose to an organisation."

This year is the 20th Anniversary of Payroll Giving in the UK. The first national Payroll Giving Awards Event will be held on 17th October at HM Treasury in London.
